The hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, making it feel like a vacation spot, and the staff's friendliness was top-notch. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with various debris scattered around, especially the floors. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being extremely friendly and accommodating but others needing improvement in guest interactions. The dining experience was a letdown with limited options and some inconveniences like smoking odors near the entrance. The facilities were decent, although some aspects could use improvement.

The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable, ideal for families. However, the lack of a refrigerator and microwave, as advertised, was a letdown. The service was somewhat uncoordinated, with staff unable to resolve issues efficiently. The location had a pleasant exercise area but faced challenges with exiting the parking lot at times. The dining experience had some drawbacks, including extra charges and food tasting reheated. The facilities were adequate.

My stay at Darlington Hills was comfortable and beautiful overall. I enjoyed the nice rooms but felt the extra fee for deposit was a bit high. The service was okay but lacked the level of courtesy I expected. The location was clean and friendly, easy to access, but had a strong smell of urine and chlorine. The dining experience was mediocre as it was overpriced, and the facilities were decent.
